This policy applies to Dot Heroes on Android. The game does not create player accounts and does not use cloud saves. It is intended for players aged 16 and over and is not child-directed.

If you allow Analytics, Dot Heroes uses Unity Analytics to understand the gameplay funnel and balance the game. Events cover sessions; level and Arena starts, progress and outcomes; opened chests; upgrades and item activity; shop visits; and purchase attempts and status. Event values are selected by the game. No name, email, chat, free text, payment-card data or purchase receipt is included in custom Analytics events.

Unity Analytics may process an installation or Unity user identifier, session and event identifiers and timestamps, IP-derived approximate country, app version, platform, language, operating system, device and performance information.

The purposes are measuring gameplay and content performance, understanding audiences through statistics, finding progression problems, and developing or improving the game. The legal basis for optional Analytics is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where device information is stored or accessed, Section 25(1) TDDDG.

Withdrawing Analytics consent stops future custom Analytics collection. Events from a period in which Analytics was disabled are not sent later.

After an Arena fight, Dot Heroes may offer an optional rewarded ad in exchange for one Arena Chest. Unity LevelPlay mediates ads from ironSource Ads, Unity Ads and Google AdMob.

These services may process IP address and approximate location derived from it; advertising, device, app-set or installation identifiers; device, app, operating-system and language information; ad requests, impressions, completed views and interactions; reward confirmation; diagnostics and performance; fraud and security information; and consent signals.

The purposes are delivering and rewarding ads, preventing fraud, reporting, measuring ad and content performance, producing audience statistics, and improving the service.

Google UMP manages advertising choices. Depending on your choices and applicable law, advertising may be personalized, non-personalized or limited. Where required consent or permission is unavailable, the relevant processing is not activated. Limited ads are not anonymous and may still process technical information needed to deliver, secure, measure and reward the ad.

Advertising and Unity Analytics choices are independent. You can review and change available choices under Options → Privacy choices.

Dot Heroes offers optional one-time consumable purchases through Unity IAP and Google Play Billing. Google handles the payment. The game processes the product identifier, purchase status and the transaction, receipt or purchase-token information needed to complete and verify the purchase and grant the purchased in-game currency. ARIANO Games does not receive your complete payment-card details and does not keep a separate permanent receipt ledger.

If Analytics is allowed, custom purchase events contain the product identifier, purchase status, player level and current in-game currency balance, but not the receipt, purchase token or payment-card details.

Progress, currency balances, unlocked content, settings and gameplay statistics are stored in the app’s private local storage. ARIANO Games does not receive this local save file. It remains until you clear the app’s data or uninstall the game.

Processing needed to fulfil a purchase or save the game locally is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, for strictly necessary device storage, Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG.

Unity Technologies provides Unity Analytics, Unity LevelPlay, ironSource Ads, Unity Ads and Unity IAP. Unity’s game-player privacy policy.

Google provides Google UMP, Google AdMob, Google Play and Google Play Billing. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google’s information for partner apps. Additional advertising recipients, where applicable, are identified in the privacy-choice interface.

These providers may process information outside Germany or the European Economic Area. Depending on the recipient, safeguards may include an adequacy decision, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. The linked provider policies contain further information.

Provider traffic is encrypted in transit using TLS. Local save data is protected by Android’s private app storage. ARIANO Games does not claim that the local save file has additional at-rest encryption.

Local game data remains until you clear the app’s data or uninstall Dot Heroes. UMP consent choices remain until you change them, they expire or the provider resets them.

Unity Analytics retains Analytics data for up to 13 months under Unity’s default retention setting. Advertising, consent and purchase providers retain information according to the purposes and criteria described in their linked policies and applicable legal obligations.

To request access or deletion, contact info@arianogames.com. An installation, transaction or Unity identifier may be required so that the relevant data can be located. Some records may be retained where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Subject to the legal requirements, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of personal data, and object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future. Contact info@arianogames.com.

You may lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for ARIANO Games’ registered seat is Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und für das Recht auf Akteneinsicht Brandenburg.

Analytics, rewarded ads and purchases are optional. Refusing Analytics does not prevent gameplay. If no eligible rewarded ad is available, the related Arena Chest is not granted. Purchase data is necessary only when you choose to make a purchase.

Dot Heroes is intended for players aged 16 and over and is not child-directed. The app does not collect a date of birth.

This policy is available in English, German and Polish. We may update it when the game, its providers or legal requirements change.
